Our sweet 950 sq ft bungalow offers an open layout with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and unique character throughout, including warm exposed brick.

Kitchen & Dining:
- Large, fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking
- Appliances: Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove
- Extras: Coffee maker, pour-over coffee station, blender, small crockpot, plus all necessary pots, pans, and utensils
Bedrooms & Workspace:
- Primary Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed, a large dresser, and a closet.
- Second Bedroom: Offers a full-sized bed, a closet, a dresser, and a dedicated workspace with an adjustable-height desk, computer monitor, and fast WiFi.
Bathroom:
- The main bathroom features a charming clawfoot tub.
- The smaller bathroom has a bidet attachment.
Sunroom & Outdoor Space:
- A bright, heated sunroom filled with natural light—a great place to read a book, even in winter. (Please note: there are not currently plants in the sunroom).
- A private, fenced-in backyard with a patio and a gas grill for barbecues.
- A portable, propane powered fire pit can be found in the basement and used in the backyard.
Climate Control:
- Please note, the home does not have central A/C. We provide two window A/C units (one in the dining room and one in the queen bedroom) that keep the space very comfortable during warmer months.
Basement:
- Our washer and dryer can be found in the basement, along with an iron and ironing board.
- A Bowflex adjustable dumbbell set is available in the basement for exercising
- A few lawn and board games can be found in the basement as well
- Two sturdy bikes are also available for rent via the Happy Guest portal
